This work is a part of the “Coming Home” series of seven small works on wood cradle board with a resin finish. They are playful works that explore the notions of what it means to come home. Home can take many shapes and forms and mean different things at different times. The love, energy, hopefulness and electricity of these experiences are captured within these works.
The resin gives a glorious modern sheen almost creating the look as if the painting is under water or suspended behind glass.
